REFUND POLICY
Returns
You have 60 days to return the product after it has been received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for damaged items or if you need to order a different size. If you need an exchange, send us an email at shop@otherworld.com with the reason for the requested exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect item
If you receive a damaged or the incorrect item, please reach out by phone or email, and we will send you a new item right away. We will either send you a label to ship the incorrect item back or let you keep it, depending on the value.
